Training Site Storyboards

Description

The online document linked above shows the final storyboards for a Canvas training site created for Student Disability Services (SDS) at the University of Tennessee. The site included a homepage, resources, and three modules focused on educating instructors how to effectively work with service providers – transcribers and interpreters – who are attending their classes to aid in communication with students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Role

My client/subject matter expert was the SDS Interpreting and Speech-to-Text Coordinator. With her guidance, I created six pre/post quizzes, over 35 pages, and 28 graphics/documents for use in the training site and in transitioning full ownership of the site to my client.
